Returns, Refunds & Replacements

At Sunset Harbor Clothing, each item is made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. This means your order is produced especially for you once it has been placed.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item after it has been produced.

Please check the product details, size guide, colour, and delivery information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.

Claims for damaged, faulty, or misprinted items must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

As our products are made to order, we cannot usually offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if:

  • the wrong size was ordered
  • the customer changes their mind
  • the customer no longer wants the item
  • the item does not fit as expected but matches the size guide
  • the wrong colour or style was selected at checkout

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment and delivery partners.

Where an order is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to arrange a suitable solution.

Return Instructions

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or fulfilment centre without contacting us first.

Because our products may be produced and shipped from different fulfilment locations around the world, the correct return process may vary depending on the order.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions after reviewing your request.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment service to process the refund.
